PoTS UK is pleased to launch our 2026 charity survey, designed to better understand the needs of people living with PoTS, those who suspect they may have the condition, and the parents and carers who support them.

Your feedback is incredibly important. By sharing your experiences and insights, you will help us shape and improve the services we offer, ensuring they are as relevant, accessible, and supportive as possible.

The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete, and responses can be saved if you are unable to finish it in one sitting.
