PoTS Awareness Day 2024

Thank you to everyone who raised awareness on Friday 25th October, the day was huge success with over 60 buildings throughout the UK ‘Lighting Up In Purple’.

We are really grateful to all of you who took the time to visit buildings near to you and shared you photos throughout the day and evening. We have put together a short video of all of those that we received.

During the month we also:

• Launched our new What Is PoTS? video
• Asked you to take part in our daily Make A Pledge For PoTS challenge
• Shared daily videos for our October Facebook Yoga Challenge, which now has over 280 members
• Held webinars in association with Dr Jeffrey Boris and The HMSA
• Had an evening of fun at our Awareness Day Quiz
• Visited Medical Detection Dogs for their PoTS Day
• Shared our video, recorded by you – What you wish people would understand!

A lot of work goes into Awareness Month and the day itself and we couldn’t do it without your support. We would also like to take the opportunity to thank our amazing volunteers who worked tirelessly to make it happen!
