PoTS UK Charity Survey 2025

We are excited to announce the launch of our PoTS UK 2025 Survey.

This survey is for completion by people with PoTS or suspected PoTS and parents and carers of someone with PoTS.

Your honest feedback is so important and by completing the survey, you will enable us to adapt and develop the services we are offering in order for us to give you the support you find most useful.

It shouldn’t take too long to complete but it will make such a difference to our team and what we can do. We would be so grateful for you taking the time to do this.
