Invitation to all patients who are seen in the Sheffield PoTS service

Stress management taster session for patients with PoTS

1.30 pm – 3 pm

R floor Royal Hallamshire Hospital
The main lifts only go to Q floor at the Royal Hallamshire hospital.
There are stairs for R floor.
Please ask the porters by main reception if you don’t feel able to make the 2 flights of stairs to R floor.

“Physical health problems can cause a lot of stress. Come along to our taster session to learn more about stress and some useful techniques to start combating it. We will also provide information about our service and help that is available. “

Pilates taster class

Tailored Pilates classes for those with PoTS and hypermobility by Lorna Nicholson, Body control Pilates teacher, with Hypermobility training.

If you are interested in attending a regular class, but unable to attend the taster, please let me know.

Participants need to be able to walk unaided, or with the use of a walking aid, or occasional use of wheel chair for longer distances and able to lay down and stand up from a mat independently. Booking confirmed by receipt of payment, which is non refundable.
